LII Claims
The problemA regional property inspection company owner left a national firm after record performance and needed to run claims on his own terms. Carriers needed secure submission portals. Schedulers needed assignment control, not self-service booking chaos. Field techs needed inspection checklists with inline photos. Industry SaaS wanted monthly fees on tools that could not match how his crews actually work.
The buildA custom claims-management platform with five role-based portals: carrier, independent adjuster, scheduler, technician, and admin. A services table drives RAF assessment requirements and invoicing. Scheduler assigns techs; inspection cases move through a tracked status workflow with a full audit log. Two-track parallel development — design system and backend scaffolding converging from the first demo.
The resultStages 1–4 operational now: login, case engine, carrier submission, scheduler queue, tech assignment, and inspection workflow. Fourteen UI screens prototyped. Client owns the code, database, and server — no SaaS lock-in.
