What I collect
Only what you give me. The contact form takes your name, email, optional phone, budget range, and message. Stripe checkout collects payment information directly. I never see or store credit card numbers.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not run third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics scripts. No cookies are set by MattCreates itself, and nothing is written to your browser’s local or session storage. The optional ?theme=day|night|dawn query-string just overrides the visual mode for that page load and is gone the moment you navigate away.
Where data lives
Contact form submissions go to my own server on Linode (in the United States) via the mattebersole.com Express API. Stripe handles all payment data per their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Who I share it with
Nobody. Your data is for the project we work on together. I do not sell, lease, or trade contact information. I do not share it with marketing partners because I do not have marketing partners.
Your rights
Email intake@mattcreates.com to request deletion of anything I have on you. I’ll confirm within 7 days.
